Your Mass Intention Request can be completed by filling out the form below and submitting it to the Parish Office. You will receive a response to your request in a timely manner. A Mass Card will be mailed to you unless otherwise directed.

Payment should be made through ParishSOFT. You will be able to make a one-time gift and indicate it is for the Mass Card by selecting "Mass Card Stipend" in the drop down. Please note the name of the person(s) the Mass is for in the note field.
